Description
It tolerates long and harsh winters and grows even above the northern course. It is not picky about soil, it grows on both basic and acidic soils. It is most often found along paths and forest clearings, hedgerows and along streams. The buds grow from the roots up to 40 m from the trunk, so that the trees appear in clusters.
