The general terms and conditions of business and use of the www.lifehabitats.com website are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international codes for e-commerce. These terms and conditions set out the rules regarding the use of the www.lifehabitats.com website.

The www.lifehabitats.com web portal and the domain are managed by Virc, d.o.o., Hudo 15, 8000 Novo mesto.  Virc d.o.o. is an advertiser and seller of packages from the segment "Tourist offer" on the www.lifehabitats.com portal. Virc d.o.o. provides information services through the website, manages content and conducts financial transactions. The package prices published on the website already include VAT.

By using the www.lifehabitats.com website you consent that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree to the use of the website in accordance with them. The right to use this site is a personal right of the user, which cannot in any way be transferred to another natural or legal person.

Package usage rules

To purchase the package you are required to register at the lifehabitats.com web portal. Without this, purchase on this site is not possible. It is necessary to create an account in order to easily access your order list, view past purchases, and edit your settings.

Payments for packages

Payment can be done with a payment card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro read, Activa card, Diners) or with a transfer via UPN – universal payment order (the transfer can be made through an online bank or on a bank or post), but only in the case of a large group of people (more than 5) for a specific date, on condition that you announce this at janez@lifehabitats.com beforehand.

After the payment is received, the package is activated. The buyer receives the receipt of the paid package on the e-mail, as well as the invoice.

Complaints

Virc d.o.o. is not responsible for any errors, damages or other problems that may arise when using the packages or the individual services and / or products from the packages. Any problems, damages or errors related to a particular service and / or product are the sole responsibility of the Partner (ie the company / individual / s.p. himself as the owner of the product / product or service provider).

Material defects in the products purchased in the package are resolved between the purchaser and the provider.

If you do not receive all the information about the current offer from us, you should contact a service provider who will be able to advise you on their services.

We will respond to all complaints within 8 days. Complaints will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Obligations Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

As a user of lifehabitats.com, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase of the package if the package has not been redeemed by the day of the cancellation (neither partially nor fully) without giving a reason for your decision. We can return the money to your transaction account or credit card. The deadline begins to count one day after you purchase the package. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund your purchase immediately or within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

In the case of a purchase of a package containing the use of the accommodation service, the accommodation service is redeemed on the day when the service provider confirms to the buyer the reservation of the term of using the accommodation service.

For the protection of personal data and the protection of user profiles, only a written withdrawal from the contract by email or regular post shall be considered as a valid withdrawal.

The purchaser of the package bears the burden of proof regarding the enforcement of the right of withdrawal.

After this period, all possible complaints will be clarified with the service or product provider within the complaint period, which takes eight (8) days for the service or product provider after you have submitted the written complaint. During this period, the service or product provider is obliged to give you a written or oral answer to the complaint sent.

Money cannot be returned for unused packages.
