Description

This type of treecreeper prevails in Central Europe and is very similar to the long-toed treecreeper. They can be distinguished from the latter by their brighter feathers and less pronounced stripe above their eyes. The short-toed treecreeper resides mainly in bright leafy forests and oak trees.
